1:1 Services Include
Technique: Demonstration of the exercises to guide you to use proper form via the True Coach App and/ or video demonstrations.
Nutrition Coaching: I teach you how to eat to build muscle, feel energized daily and get to the weight you want to be at in a healthy way. Including supplementation if needed.
Accountability: You will have access to me through email, text, Facebook, Instagram, phone, video chat, WhatsApp, or whatever works best for you. Weekly scheduled check- ins regarding food, workouts and progress photos, are all done privately between you and me. This is once a week for 30 minutes, but you'll also have email access for questions anytime during the week!
