As we age, we tend to lose muscle strength and mobility, which can cause weakness to set in. This weakness can be a precursor to accidents, such as falling or injury to joints, low back, hips and shoulders. You can look at it this way, taking care of your body can be the difference between being able to handle your daily life, get to where you want to go, do things for yourself or need a walker or wheelchair to just get up everyday. People who know me, know that’s the last thing I will allow to happen to me!
